  • Event Set-up and Tear-down

    • Duration: 5 hours for set-up

    • We will utilize all specified décor, linens, runners, etc.

    • All items will either remain at the venue or be given to a designated person for collection.

    • Please provide a list of items along with their desired placement.

    • Including pictures of the items or inspiration images for your preferred arrangement is always beneficial. tion

  • Event Design

    • Initial Planning Meeting: We will kick off with a thorough meeting to grasp your vision, preferences, and specific details for your event.

    • Mood Boards: Two boards will be presented to illustrate the color scheme and theme/style.

    • Modifications to Mood Boards: We can review the mood boards together to identify what you like and dislike, allowing for up to two changes. If you have additional adjustments in mind, we'll stay in communication to ensure we are still aligned.

    • Sourcing the Items: Please note that the mood boards serve as ideas and will not include pricing or purchasing information. If you wish to receive this information, I can create a spreadsheet detailing all related aspects. This service will incur an additional fee of $25 per hour for compiling the information.
